Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

What is your order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT) begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next working day.

Do you ship on weekends or bank holidays?

No. Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.

What if I haven’t received my order?

We will investigate with our shipping department and Royal Mail and update you as soon as possible.

What happens if my parcel is lost?

If your parcel appears lost, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will open an investigation.
